1. Data controller

The controller for the data collected on etp-greece.com is ETP GREECE, reachable at emilio@etp-greece.com.

2. Data collected

Depending on how you use the site, the following data may be collected:

• Contact form: the name and email address provided, and the content of the message.
• Account creation (the Club): first name, email address, password (stored encrypted, never in plain text).
• Google sign-in: the name, email address and Google identifier associated with your Google account, transmitted with your authorisation when you sign in.
• Technical data: IP address and usual browsing data collected by the host for security purposes.

3. Purposes of processing

This data is used to:

• respond to messages sent via the contact form;
• create and manage your account in the members' area (the Club);
• allow you to sign in via your Google account;
• ensure the security and proper functioning of the site.

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent (contact form, account creation, Google sign-in) and, where applicable, on the performance of a service you have requested (support).

5. Retention period

Data linked to your account is kept for as long as it remains active. Contact-form messages are kept for the time needed to handle your request. You can request the deletion of your data at any time (see section 7).

6. Data hosting

Data is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). Signing in via Google involves transferring certain data to Google LLC, subject to Google's privacy policy.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection concerning your personal data, as well as a right to portability.

To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form or at emilio@etp-greece.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority in your country of residence within the European Union, if you consider that your rights are not being respected.

8. Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation (in particular to keep you signed in). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used at this time.

9. Security

Passwords are stored encrypted (hashed) and are never accessible in plain text. Reasonable measures are taken to protect your data against any unauthorised access.
